    The first core component—the mixing unit—is the "heart" of the batching plant and the "durability champion" of our exported equipment.
    Our mainstream design adopts a twin-shaft forced-mixing system, the optimal choice verified through over a hundred overseas projects. Compared to a gravity-fed mixing unit, it offers stronger mixing intensity and can handle various types of concrete, including dry-hard and semi-dry-hard concrete, meeting the diverse engineering needs of overseas projects. Our exported JS series concrete mixers cover capacities from 0.5m³ to 4.5m³, with a stable rotation speed of 18-22 r/min. Core components utilize high-chromium alloy wear-resistant liners, extending service life by 30% compared to ordinary materials. Optimized heat dissipation structures for high-temperature conditions in Africa ensure continuous operation for 8 hours without failure, perfectly addressing the pain point of inconvenient maintenance on overseas construction sites.
     

    The second core component—the material weighing system—is the "yardstick" of concrete quality, directly determining the reputation of our exported equipment.
    As a key factor affecting concrete strength and cost, we employ an independent metering design, achieving aggregate weighing accuracy ≤±2%, and cement, powder, water, and admixture weighing accuracy ≤±1%, far exceeding industry standards. Based on the needs of overseas customers, we have upgraded intelligent weighing and deduction functions to avoid batch variations. For example, the system we customized for our South African customers solved their pain point of "inconsistent quality between different batches of the same formula" through precise metering, winning long-term repeat purchases.
     

    The third core component—the material conveying system—is the "vein" of efficiency and needs to be adapted to different overseas working conditions.
    Aggregate conveying utilizes a combination of belt conveyor and bucket elevator. Belt conveyor offers high efficiency and low failure rate, making it suitable for large construction sites; bucket elevators require less space, making them suitable for smaller projects with limited space, such as our mobile concrete batching plant shipped to Tanzania, which uses an integrated belt conveyor and can be put into operation in just 5 days. Powder conveying employs a sealed screw conveyor, with an installation angle controlled between 30° and 45°, achieving a conveying capacity of 20-60 t/h. This prevents powder leakage, meets European and American environmental standards, and features an optimized sealing structure to prevent material agglomeration, specifically designed for the humid climate of Southeast Asia.
     

    The fourth core component—the material storage system—is the "granary" for stable production, requiring a balance between adaptability and safety.
    Aggregate is stored in semi-enclosed silos with a capacity starting from 30m³, suitable for various project volumes; powder is stored in fully enclosed steel silos with a capacity of 50-200t, equipped with automatic arch-breaking devices and dust removal systems to solve dust pollution problems at overseas construction sites. For example, in our project in South Africa, optimized silo design significantly reduced dust in loading and unloading areas, lowering customer cleaning costs. For the humid environment of Southeast Asia, we added a moisture-proof layer inside the silos to prevent cement from becoming damp and deteriorating, improving equipment adaptability.
     

    The fifth core component—the control system—is the "brain" of the concrete batching plant, showcasing the advantages of Chinese intelligent manufacturing.
    We abandoned complex operating designs and adopted a PLC intelligent control system with a response time of ≤0.5s. It features built-in standardized operating procedures, reducing the learning curve for overseas operators and resolving quality fluctuations during shift changes. Simultaneously, the remote monitoring function has been upgraded, allowing overseas customers to view production data and equipment status in real time. Our technical team can remotely assist in troubleshooting, breaking geographical limitations.
