Mobile Ready Mix Concrete Plant

Writer:Admin   Time:25/12/11

As the engineer responsible for overseas technical support for Haomei Machinery, I have witnessed nearly a hundred installation and commissioning projects of the YHZS series mobile ready mix concrete plants in the rainforests of Southeast Asia, the deserts of the Middle East, and the plateaus of Central Asia. Our YHZS series mobile ready mix concrete plants, with modular integrated design at their core, combine European mixing technology standards with adaptive improvements for the extreme working conditions of Southeast Asia and the Middle East, forming a complete product line covering a capacity of 25-120 m³/h. They have demonstrated significant advantages in landmark projects such as the East Coast Rail Link in Malaysia and the NEOM New City in Saudi Arabia. What our technical team is most proud of about this equipment is not the numbers on the parameter sheet, but its practical performance of "stable operation upon startup and no loss during site transfer" under extreme conditions—this is also the core reason for its growing reputation in infrastructure projects along the Belt and Road Initiative.

The core design logic of the YHZS series mobile ready mix concrete plant is "decentralized integration." Unlike traditional stationary concrete batching plants with fixed foundations and dispersed layouts, we integrate core units such as the mixing unit, batching machine, cement silo, and screw conveyor into modules the size of 3-5 standard shipping containers. The maximum weight of a single module is controlled within 28 tons—a parameter we calculated repeatedly. This makes it suitable for small cranes in Southeast Asian ports and also for transport via simple rural roads in Central Asia.
Last year, in a public housing project in Manila, Philippines, the client needed to quickly move between three construction sites, each with a construction period of only two months. Our YHZS60 mobile concrete batching plant, from dismantling and transportation to restarting, took only 48 hours, saving 6 days compared to the fixed concrete batching plants used by local competitors. More importantly, the rapid connection between modules uses a hydraulic positioning pin structure, eliminating the need for on-site welding. Even local workers without professional experience can complete the assisted installation, which is especially important in overseas markets where labor skills vary widely.

As a technician, I am more concerned about the "long-term performance" of the equipment. The YHZS series mobile ready mixed concrete plant features a twin-shaft forced-type mixing unit. The mixing blades are made of high-chromium alloy and treated with plasma spraying, extending their service life by three times compared to ordinary blades. In the Karachi Port project in Pakistan, the mixing blades of a YHZS120 mobile concrete batching plant were used continuously for 18 months before their first replacement, while the average replacement cycle for similar equipment in the area was only 6 months.

Metering accuracy is the core of concrete quality. We employ "triple metering control": aggregates use weighing sensors + frequency converters, with an error ≤ ±1%; cement and fly ash use screw conveyors + pressure sensors, with an error ≤ ±0.5%; water and admixtures use electromagnetic flow meters + metering pumps, with an error ≤ ±0.2%. In last year's municipal project supporting the Qatar World Cup, the C40 concrete produced by our equipment achieved an average 28-day compressive strength of 48.2 MPa, with a dispersion coefficient of only 3.1%, which was recognized by the German supervision team.

Designed for the rainy climate of Southeast Asia, the YHZS50 mobile ready mix concrete plant features a three-tiered waterproof sealing system: the mixer shaft end employs a combination of labyrinth seal, lip seal, and dust cover, achieving an IP67 waterproof rating; the electrical control cabinet is equipped with a temperature and humidity control module, enabling normal operation in environments with 95% RH humidity. In the extremely cold environment of Kazakhstan in Central Asia, where temperatures can drop to -30°C, this series, through the addition of a diesel engine preheating device and a hydraulic oil temperature control system, ensures smooth start-up at -35°C and maintains a stable concrete outlet temperature above 15°C.

The competitiveness of overseas equipment lies half in the product and half in the service. We have established spare parts centers in Thailand in Southeast Asia, the UAE in the Middle East, and Kazakhstan in Central Asia, ensuring that commonly used spare parts such as mixer blades, seals, and sensors can be delivered within 48 hours.

From housing construction sites in the Philippines to desert oil fields in Saudi Arabia, from rainforest high-speed rail in Indonesia to high-altitude highways in Kyrgyzstan, every stable operation of the YHZS series mobile ready mix concrete plant validates the concept of "technology adapting to specific scenarios." For our technicians, good concrete equipment is not just cold steel, but a "reliable partner" that can work alongside construction teams in different environments—this is the original intention behind our continuous optimization of this product.
