Haomei YHZS Small Mobile Concrete Batch Plant

Writer:Admin   Time:26/08/27

Having exported concrete equipment for over a decade, I often tell overseas clients that when choosing a batching plant for small infrastructure projects, "adaptability is king." Blindly pursuing high capacity and full configuration often results in idle assets. Among Haomei's entire range of mobile batching plants, the YHZS35 small mobile concrete batch plant has never had the most eye-catching specifications, yet it has consistently ranked among our top three exporters. The core reason lies in its meticulous attention to the "real needs of small projects," offering just the right performance, controllable costs, and strong adaptability to various scenarios, making it an essential model for small and medium-sized infrastructure projects worldwide.

From a core configuration perspective, the YHZS35 small mobile concrete batch plant is not simply a scaled-down version of a larger machine, but rather a complete industrial-grade concrete production unit. It is equipped with a JS750 twin-shaft forced mixer with a nominal discharge volume of 750L, a standard cycle time of 60 seconds, and a theoretical production rate of 35m3/h. Based on our overseas project test data, the stable production capacity for continuous 8-hour operation is 30-32m3/h, and the single-shift output can reach over 240m3, fully covering the construction schedule of rural roads, village and town housing construction, small-scale water conservancy slope protection, and municipal repair projects. The main mixer's liners and blades are made of high-manganese wear-resistant steel, with a service life of no less than 80,000 batches under normal operating conditions. It can handle crushed stone aggregate with a particle size ≤60mm, producing both ordinary plastic concrete and stable dry-hard concrete, adapting to the mix proportion requirements of various projects. The metering system adopts a graded independent weighing structure, with the cumulative weighing accuracy of the three aggregate bins controlled within ±2%. Cement, water, and admixtures each have independent weighing hoppers, and the metering accuracy of powder and liquid materials can reach ±1%, sufficiently ensuring the strength stability of the finished concrete.

In terms of structural design, the YHZS35 truly embodies the "flexibility" of a small mobile concrete batch plant. The entire machine adopts an integrated trailer chassis design, with all batching, conveying, mixing, and electrical control units integrated into the same frame, and the entire machine undergoes pre-delivery commissioning. In transport mode, the vehicle is approximately 9m long, 2.5m wide, and 3.2m high, perfectly suited for standard container shipping. It can also be directly towed for inland transfers, with a road towing speed of up to 40km/h. The equipment requires no dedicated concrete foundation; only a leveled and hardened ground surface is needed. Leveling can be achieved using four hydraulic outriggers. From unloading to power-on and commissioning, the fastest completion time is within 12 hours, saving at least 7 days and nearly ten thousand US dollars in civil engineering costs compared to a fixed batching plant of the same capacity.

From the perspective of export customers, let's calculate the costs. The standard configuration of the YHZS35 mobile concrete batching plant has an FOB price of approximately US$46,000-53,000. For a small to medium-sized project with a total volume of 3,000 m3, the per-m3 equipment cost is only US$15-18, far lower than the premium for locally sourced ready-mixed concrete. More importantly, the equipment can be directly transferred to the next construction site after project completion, demonstrating strong asset reusability. Even after its service life expires, the residual value of the small mobile station is about 20% higher than that of stationary equipment. Furthermore, since core wear parts are of universal specifications, there is no need for custom procurement, resulting in extremely low maintenance costs.

In my view, the success of the YHZS35 small mobile concrete batch plant essentially returns to the essence of engineering equipment—solving practical problems. It doesn't pile on redundant configurations but instead invests in core performance and reliability, perfectly matching the production capacity needs, site conditions, and budget of small to medium-sized projects. As an export manufacturer, Haomei has always adhered to this approach: not focusing on comparing specifications, but only on making truly suitable equipment for the construction site.
